How we handle contact data

This page summarises how Lapland AI Lab ry processes personal data submitted through contact and lead forms.

Abstract Nordic technical background

What we collect

When you contact us or request follow-up from an assessment, we may process your name, email address, message and other details you choose to submit.

Assessment follow-up forms may also include summary information related to the result, such as scores and short notes.

Why we process it

We use the data to respond to enquiries, assess potential collaboration and continue the discussion or assessment follow-up you asked for.

The purpose is operational and communication-oriented, not broad behavioural profiling.

Legal basis

For public contact forms, processing is based on your consent and on taking steps to respond to your request.

The association member register is handled separately from public lead forms and is not combined with the same access logic.

Retention

We keep contact-related data only for as long as it is needed to handle the conversation, follow-up actions or reasonable continuation of the enquiry.

Data that is no longer needed should be removed or left out of active use.

Security

Data is processed in technical systems with restricted access. Public forms go through a server layer, and the member register is kept separate from the public lead workflow.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data in these forms. Please avoid submitting such data.

Your rights

You may ask whether we process data about you, request correction of inaccurate information or request deletion where there is a valid basis.

You may also contact us if you want clarification on how your data has been used in connection with an enquiry.
